3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. For international orders, applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be accurate. Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and make each piece unique.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received before products are shipped, unless other arrangements have been made.

For custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within India and internationally to 40+ countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For international shipments, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Custom-made furniture is non-returnable but covered under our warranty. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items. For full details, please see our return policy or contact customer service.

7. Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on craftsmanship and a lifetime warranty on structural integrity for all our furniture, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Amit Art Exports or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amit Art Exports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Amit Art Exports harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
